Senior VP’s schedule:
This is a fulltime position, Hours are 9 am to 6:30 pm weekdays.


Your Mission as Senior VP of Administration:

Direct and provide executive oversight for our HR team, helping to guide the expansion of the company.
Oversight for our Legal Team, addressing corporate legal matters, primarily contracts with customers and suppliers. Further addressing any legal issues of an HR nature


Senior VP’s duties and responsibilities:

Make decisions on HR issues, including compensation adjustments, hiring decisions, legal issues, PO's for approval for expenditures, handling of HR disputes. Overall oversight of the HR area.
Review contracts and legal documents. Provide feedback to the Legal team. Provide recommendations as to agreements that are ready for signature.


Required experience and qualifications:

3-5 years experience with HR functions.
Ability to review contracts and legal documents.
Ability to act as an executive and make independent decisions that are rational and correct.
Any background in telecom is a plus, but not required.
Only for individuals focused on a long-term career with upward opportunities.
Strong performance record.

Offered salary and other compensation:
We offer a Salary plus Bonuses compensation package; this would end up being $70,000 to $100,000+ based on experience and performance.
