Established marketing company in Orange County is seeking an operations manager to oversee our production departments, comprised of our creative, Internet marketing, print distribution and scheduling training departments. The departments are well-formed and are already functioning and producing well.
The candidate should have some experience with managing personnel and some experience in marketing. They should be computer literate. Experience in managing projects from beginning to end is a plus. We are looking for someone with high aptitude who can easily learn.
Duties will include:
• Supervision of department heads
• Continuing establishment of the departments in conjunction with HR and department heads
• Execution of expansion programs
We will be training the new operations manager in each department and will also provide any supplemental management training. This is a good opportunity for someone who would like a career in a good marketing company. Pay will be competitive and there would be a lot of opportunity for raises and bonuses.
