Real Health Products provides alternative nutritional solutions to customers who have health challenges which can enable them to improve their quality of life and well-being.

We have been doing this for the last 17 years.

We need more staff to handle the volume of new customers we get each week. We are currently getting 80 to 100 new customers a week!

The Office Admin will help with building our AutoShip program, provides customer service to these customers, routes email traffic, helps make sure that they are serviced well.

There is a customer service component to this job, so great phone communication skills are required.

Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Excel will be required. Familiarity with GoldMine (Customer Management software program) is a plus, but not necessary. Must be a good problem solver, have excellent ability to duplicate and great attention to detail.

This is a full-time position, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Hourly plus production bonuses once hatted. Medical and dental insurance is available.
