YOUR MISSION:
 
You will be responsible for the hiring and hatting of new staff – handling all Hiring/on-boarding Department functions for a rapidly expanding medical office. The first priority will be hiring. You will train for the position under the current Personnel Manager who is currently doing all the functions of the Personnel/Communication Division.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helping in the publishing of hiring advertisements, reviewing resumes, doing hiring interviews and testing applicants. Those who qualify are then be submitted for approval through the Office Manager. Interviews are set up with the Office Manager for final hiring of the applicant.
Assistance in the orientation of new personnel and training in the training pool until assigned to their position.
Proposal of personnel assignments, attendance and production reviews for wage adjustments.
Keeps personnel files and tracks vacation days/time taken off work, promotions, demotions, dismissals.
Assistance with the Organizing Board establishment, maintenance and drilling.
Hatting of staff, ensuring that they have hat binders, getting them to study and check out on them.
Maintaining master policy files.
 
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Some experience in the H.R. field is a plus.
Must have experience in the application of the Hubbard® Management System.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must be able to help others apply the principles contained in the Hubbard® Management System.
 
REQUIRED PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:

You must be a hard worker as it is a very busy position with a lot of responsibility in
an expanding practice.

PLANNED SALARY:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a salary of $12.50 – $16.50 to start, with potential for increased wages based on performance once you have been here 6 months, and again at a year.
