Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:

• Purchase job equipment and materials for special projects
• Projects prepared with material & equipment as needed
• Review projects that need material or equipment prep and gather exact specs on what is needed.
• Procure material for projects from stock if possible.
• Shop material not in stock from multiple vendors to determine best pricing and availability.
• Procure material for projects from the best vendor option.
• Track orders with proper admin, including filling in purchase orders and turning in item receipts and bills.
• Ensure stock checks are being done by Warehouse Admin. Review stock checks and order stock at best pricing.
• Track best pricing for items and preferred vendors and issue information to other Production Dept Personnel. Ensure purchases are being done through those preferred vendors.
• Review purchases being made throughout Division to ensure cost effective.
• Assist with electricians procuring material by advising on best options.
• Pick up and deliver material as needed to speed production delivery when needed.
• Coordinate any returns with vendors and ensure items gets returned and credited quickly.
• Continue to work out better and more cost-effective ways to procure and make material available to the Production Department.

Skills:
• Managerial type
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Preferably someone with familiarity with electrical parts
• Ideally someone that has worked in purchasing area before
• Must have great communication, duplication, and computer skills
• Must be proficient in excel, word and typing
• Time management skills
• Someone who wants to run their area and really make things happen/A go getter

Division 6 Manager:

Responsibilities:
• Organizes mass mailings with surveyed promo pieces.
• Creates advertisements through various media to make us known (TV, Radio, Magazines, Online articles, Linked In, Facebook, and other social media)
• Tracks reaches and follows up with calls, emails, and brochures.
• Makes cold calls to prospective clients.
• Implements business card and promo hand outs to prospective clients
• Monitors website and ad campaigns
• Handles incoming reaches and gives information and rates on our services
• Starts new customers on to our basic services (service calls and general installations and repairs)

Skills:
• Managerial type
• Must have great communication, duplication, and computer skills
• Must be proficient in excel, word and typing
• Someone who wants to run their area and really make things happen/A go getter


Executive Assistant to the CEO:

Responsibilities:
• Handle various projects and programs.
• Involves researching for various projects, running errands, planning parties, etc.
• Maintains executive calendar.

Skills:
• Very effective organizational skills
• A quick thinker and doer
• Must have fast typing skills
• Must be proficient with computers and programs such as Excel and Word.
• Past exec assistant experience preferred
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling our electrical work and services to both new and current customers
• Selling major services is a big part of our business, and something that our sales representatives will be responsible for.
• This is a full-time position. Hourly pay plus commission is available
Skills:
• Previous experience and demonstrable success in a sales environment
• Previous experience working in construction, mechanical or the electrical industry
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment are required
• Great customer service skills, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist customers with their needs and wants
• Must have great duplication and computer skills
• Must be proficient in excel, word and typing
