We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, professional Admin Assistant who can handle and focus on daily operations,carry out tasks with efficient and responsible time management and has comfort with a fast-paced environment.
Tasks will include but not limited to, handling intra-office protocols and communications, streamlining administrative procedures. This position is an assistant position to the Founder/President of the company.
Education: Minimally an Associates Degree or a proven production record of 2 years.
Skills needed but not limited to experience in scheduling, excellent communication (written and verbal)
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, (Excel would be helpful) able and willing to learn other basic programs.
Pay rate is negotiable and dependent upon skill set,education and experience.Hours M-F FT
